ReplyDeleteI really liked the rule you included in your last post about eating that hugely caloric burger: “Always find out how many calories are in what you're eating if you don't know. And NEVER ASSUME.” Very wise words indeed!
Hey thanks for your comment! I can't think of anywhere better for a 21st! I do always do too much when I go to the gym but I believe working out harder in a shorter time! But then I feel it's too hard and don't go back for weeks! I hope you have a fab time at Disney world!! Tell mickey I'll see him soon!! Lol
